I work with
clients to resolve problems that may get in the way of
living well. My training and diverse experience enable
me to earn trust and cooperation to help clients
identify and achieve their goals. My clinical
experience includes private practice and outpatient
services to adolescents, adults and couples including
short and long-term individual and group
psychotherapy, counseling and substance abuse
services. I bring over ten years business experience
to my career coaching services and created and direct
a leadership and management training Institute,
serving emerging and established professionals.

My unique combination of professional
training ,work and life experience has enabled me to
develop a distinctively sensitive approach to therapy.
I am able to create a supportive environment conducive
to the open expression of important ideas and
feelings. Whether working
with a troubled acting out adolescent, or a middle
aged, well educated professional, I am a compassionate
listener who identifies fairly quickly those hidden
barriers to personal growth.

Your
therapist should be like a spiritual friend to you,
your confidant, your guide. My therapy style is
eclectic, as I incorporate various disciplines, but
most of all it's about healing. I consider myself
compassionate, non judgmental, and wise. I care about
the people I work with and work with them to reach
their highest potential. I've been quoted in Essence
and Upscale magazines. Visit yourrebirth.com.

I see psychotherapy as a process. In my
role as a psychotherapist my goal is to help individuals
develop and/or become aware of and use their own
abilities to resolve their problems and find joy in
their lives. I am a facilitator and guide who works with
you in a warm, empathic and non-judgmental manner. I
bring to this process my training, education, skills,
intuition and belief in the natural ability of human
beings to change and heal. |
